Terms of Use
Effective October 31, 2026
These terms apply to the AliveShot iPhone app (the “App”) and aliveshot.com (the “Website”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the App or Website.
Using AliveShot
You may use the App and Website for personal, non-commercial purposes in line with these terms and applicable law. The App is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and these terms add to it.
Your content
You keep all rights to the videos, GIFs and photos you use. You’re responsible for making sure you have the right to use them. Don’t use AliveShot with content that infringes someone else’s rights, including videos downloaded from social platforms that you aren’t allowed to reuse.
Purchases
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions are sold through the App Store and governed by Apple’s terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the App or Website: for example, don’t try to disrupt them, reverse engineer them except where the law allows, or use them for anything unlawful.
No warranty
The App and Website are provided “as is”. We work to make them reliable, but we can’t promise they will always be available, error-free, or that every clip will work as a Lock Screen wallpaper, which depends on iOS.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AliveShot isn’t liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the App or Website.
Trademarks
iPhone, iOS and Live Photos are trademarks of Apple Inc. AliveShot is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple, TikTok or Instagram.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
